Our Return Policy
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items in their original, unopened condition with all packaging intact. To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be unused and in the same condition as received
- Original packaging must be intact (including any protective wrapping for delicate items like decals or brushes)
- Proof of purchase must be provided
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and copyright considerations, the following cannot be returned:
- Opened adhesives and paints (Badger ModelFlex, Vallejo products)
- Digital products (DCC decoder software files)
- Custom-ordered decals (Badger Decal Solutions)
- Personalized or made-to-order items
Return Process
- Request Authorization: Email [email protected] within 15 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return.
- Receive Instructions: We’ll respond within 2 business days with return authorization and shipping instructions.
- Package Securely: Pack items carefully (especially fragile components like DCC accessories or brushes) using original packaging when possible.
- Ship Return: Send to our Albuquerque facility using a trackable method. Return shipping is at customer’s expense unless the return is due to our error.
Exchange Process
For exchanges (size, color, or product):
- Follow the standard return process above
- Clearly state your desired replacement item in your email
- We’ll ship the replacement once we receive your return (additional shipping charges may apply for international exchanges)
Refund Information
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Processing Time: 3-5 business days
- Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal)
- Timing:
- Credit cards: 5-10 business days after processing
- PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive damaged goods or incorrect items:

- We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost
